Tell us a little about yourself:
I grew up here in Missouri. Started fishing when I was a around the age of 5 and spent most of my younger years fishing between Missouri and the state of Kentucky.
What is your favorite fishing technique?
Right now my favorite. Technique is jig fishing. That has gotten me my past couple of first place wins this season.
What’s your best fishing memory?
The best was when my wife netted my bass that turned out to be the winning fish of the Big Bass tournament we fished on Mark Twain Lake that day. Nice payout for sure, but even more valuable memories of having her on deck with me that day.
What’s your favorite piece of fishing equipment and why?
All of my equipment is valuable to me, and each piece plays a special part…all the way down to my Zeko shoes. However, my boat is pretty special though.
What’s your biggest fishing dream?
To be able to fish with one of the “Legends” of bass fishing for a day.
What motivates you to be part of the Zeko ProStaff?
I think, as being a part of the fishing industry for so many years that it is extremely important to give back to the community. Find a place to help our wounded Veterans, start a local bass club, or simply look for opportunities to introduce someone new to this fantastic sport of fishing.
